01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing havenroll.co, submitting a form, downloading a resource, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the site or submit your information.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a school or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Havenroll is an enrollment marketing agency serving private and Christian K-12 schools. Havenroll is a trade name of ELIWILK LLC, based in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ELIWILK LLC doing business as Havenroll, and "you" refers to the person or organization using our website or services.

Our website and services are intended for users in the United States.

03Use of our website

We provide havenroll.co for informational purposes, to share resources with school leaders, and to let you get in touch with us. You may use the site for your own personal or internal organizational purposes.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

04SMS messaging program

Havenroll operates an SMS messaging program for school leaders who have asked to hear from us. This section describes how it works.

What the program is

We send conversational and marketing text messages to people who have requested a resource, submitted an inquiry, or otherwise asked us to follow up. Messages relate to enrollment marketing for your school and typically include a reply to your inquiry, the resource you requested, scheduling a conversation, and occasional follow-up.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting a form on havenroll.co or through one of our advertisements where the consent language is shown, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not add anyone to the program who has not given consent, and we do not purchase phone number lists.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will stop sending you text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can opt back in later by texting START or by submitting a new form.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message from us, or email hello@havenroll.co, and a person will get back to you.

Costs and delivery

We don't charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier's network, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive or arrive on time.

Your information

How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy.

05Free resources and downloads

We publish free resources, including The Christian School Marketing Playbook. You're welcome to read them, use them inside your school, and share them with your team and with other school leaders.

These resources are provided for general informational purposes. They reflect what has worked at the schools we serve, not a guarantee of results at yours. Every school's market, mission, and starting point is different. Nothing in them is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Please don't resell our resources, present them as your own work, or strip our branding from them.

06Client engagements

If your school engages Havenroll for services, that relationship is governed by the separate written agreement or proposal you sign with us, which sets out scope, fees, term, and deliverables. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quote for services.

07Intellectual property

The content on havenroll.co, including text, graphics, logos, photography, and the resources we publish, belongs to Havenroll or to the parties who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The Havenroll name and logo are our marks.

School names, logos, and marks that appear on this site belong to those schools and appear with their permission.

08Acceptable use

When using our website or communicating with us, please don't:

• Submit false information, or submit someone else's contact details without their permission
• Use the site or our messages to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the site or the experience of other visitors

We may restrict access for anyone who does these things.

09Third-party services and links

Our website uses third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling, and links to sites we don't operate. We aren't responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

10Disclaimers

The website and the free resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free of harmful components. We make no guarantee of any particular enrollment, marketing, or financial outcome from using our resources.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havenroll and ELIWILK LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website, our free resources, or our messages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or the free resources will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability arising from a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement instead.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Havenroll, ELIWILK LLC, and its officers and personnel from any claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another party.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
